Know The Scientific Facts Before You Decide To Buy GyneMax

Gynemax pills for man breastThis article provides you with an in-depth guide to GyneMax including its benefits and side effects.

Going online for research is a convenient way of checking a specific product, but it’s not nearly as useful when you’re trying to do research on a particular weight loss supplement.

I don’t recommend this product as I’ve found at least few other products delivering better results for me.

What Does GyneMax Promise?

GyneMax bills itself as the ultimate chest fat burner. It promises to abolish chest fat because it contains the ingredient called Caralluma Fimbriata extract, among others such as the more popular green tea.

It cites a medical study which showed that test subjects taking Caralluma Fimbriata were nearly 20% less hungry. The test group taking Caralluma Fimbriata lost 72% more weight on average than the control group and dropped more than double the inches.

There are also several testimonials from those seeking to reduce gynecomastia, stating that they noticed improvements within few weeks and the GyneMax results in two months were “unbelievable”.

Scientific Evidence

The sales page for GyneMax may be full of hyperbolic fluff, but actually, there is a kernel of truth to their claims.

It turns out that, according to the most trustworthy sources online, using Caralluma Fimbriata extract does improve weight loss efforts.

Here’s why this particular GyneMax review should be more trustworthy – we offer links to the studies cited.

  • In one 2007 study published on the website of the National Center for Biotechnology Information, U.S. National Library of Medicine (National Institutes of Health), a randomized placebo-controlled trial was undertaken. All subjects were given standard advice regarding a weight reducing diet and physical activity.

The subjects were measured over 30 and 60 days. It was found that waist circumference and hunger levels “showed a significant decline” in the group taking the Caralluma Fimbriata extract compared to the placebo group.

However, while there was a greater decrease in body weight, body mass index, hip circumference, body fat and energy intake in the extract group, it was not significantly different than the placebo group.

The conclusion was that Caralluma Fimbriata extract did in fact curb appetite, and was also effective in reducing waistlines.

  • A more recent 2013 study conducted at the Victoria University Nutritional Therapy Clinic in Australia was also published on the same website. Caralluma Fimbriata extract and a placebo were given out as 500 mg capsules twice daily. Their dietary intake and exercise were also monitored weekly.

The study discovered that the extract group lost an average of 5.7 cm in waist circumference, which was more than double the 2.8 cm average loss in the placebo group.

The palatability of the food (the visual appeal, the smell, and the taste) also significantly declined in the extract group. Sodium intake also declined.

  • Also, there was a paper published on the FDA website about how Caralluma Fimbriata extract works. The paper cites trials showing that:
    • The substance, Caralluma Fimbriata Extract, showed a statistically significant reduction in body weight.
    • Caralluma Fimbriata Extract was well tolerated.
    • Caralluma Fimbriata Extract has shown long safety record with little if any, side effects.

According to the paper, the Caralluma Fimbriata Extract blocks the activity of the activity of citrate lyase. This, in turn, blocks the formation of fat in the body. It also suppresses the appetite and stops hunger pangs.

Finally, those taking the extract also report feeling more energetic and have gained more lean muscle mass. That’s because the extract doesn’t just prevent fat formation and storage, but it also boosts the burning of fat.

There was also a mention of a study focusing on the possible toxicity of Caralluma Fimbriata Extract. The study concluded that it did not produce signs of toxicity even at very high doses (5 grams per 1 kilogram of bodyweight).

  • Some of these side effects were mentioned in the FDA paper, and these have been listed in WebMD. These GyneMax side effects include stomach upset, intestinal gas, constipation, and stomach pain. These side effects usually go away after a week of use.

It’s hard to believe that a single supplement can be a cure-all for man boobs and obesity in general. That’s understandable because there’s actually no such thing.

In all the scientific studies in which Caralluma Fimbriata extract was used, it was also noted that physical activity and controlled dietary intake was also part of the plan.

In fact, even in the GyneMax sales page, it was noted that it works when “combined with any of the popular [weight loss] programs…GyneMax is the perfect companion.”

So it is not a cure-all. It’s a supplement.

As such, you still need to find the right diet plan and workout regimen that will work for you, fit your schedule, and not so difficult that you eventually quit it.

That’s the real challenge, and it’s not addressed by GyneMax at all.

If you want to buy a pill for your breast, better buy the best one, not the mediocre one.

I recommend this product for reducing fat chest (pseudo-gynecomastia).

If you have a real gynecomastia this product brings the best results for users.
