Gynecomastia Treatment – The Best Options To Get Rid Of Man Boobs

If you want to lose your man boobs and are looking for an effective gynecomastia treatment, you have come to the right place. Keep reading to find the best options for you.

I created a Q&A section at the end of the article to answer your most common questions on how to get rid of gynecomastia

Ten years ago, I already knew that guys shouldn’t have boobs. Guy have chests, girls have boobs. So you can’t imagine my shock when I found out I had boobs. Man boobs.

This is how I met that common, albeit embarrassing medical condition called male gynecomastia, the growth of breast tissue in men.

While my doctor assured me this was not going to kill me, he did inform me that this may be the result of an abnormality associated with diseases like Klinefelter syndrome, a decrease in the production of testosterone in older men, a medication side effect, or metabolic disorders.

Gynecomastia treatment

Male Gynecomastia is mostly treated as a superficial condition that does not have any real bearing on a person's health.

Granted, enlarged male breasts hardly qualify as a life-threatening disease, but it still has a number of physical as well as psychological effects that have to be addressed.

As with most other conditions, there are a number of choices in terms of gynecomastia treatment depending on the severity of the problem as well as the preference of the person.

Gynecomastia treatment without surgery is mostly preferred by men who suffer from this condition since it does not involve any cutting and all the risks that come with such invasive procedure.

Below are some of the best treatments available for gynecomastia, all of which are non-invasive and by far a lot safer than any surgical procedure.

Available Treatments For Gynecomastia

1. Is Getting Rid of Gynecomastia Through Exercises Possible

Just as there are specific exercises for building muscles in the chest and arms, there are also workouts that are specifically designed to facilitate losing moobs.

If you are looking into the prospect of joining a gym, you might as well consult with a professional trainer and ask for specific exercises that will help get rid of your enlarged breasts.

Mild cases are treated with gynecomastia exercises mainly to tighten the muscles in the chest such as:

  • Interval training: alternating a series of short but intense exercises with those that are less intense and take longer to perform sheds off fat in the upper chest.
  • Push-ups: these work to not only tighten the chest’s upper muscles but also help reduce their size.
  • Incline press with dumbbells: the chest fat can become “lifted” and less saggy when doing an incline press using dumbbells to make it appear elevated.
  • Seated row: this helps eliminate man boobs by working the pectoral muscles into firmness.

2. How To Get Rid Of Man Boobs by Diet

Since breasts are made mostly of lipids, it will definitely do you a lot of good to cut back on fat consumption.

If you are already on the hefty side (which is one of the causes of developing man breasts), it is prudent to go on a diet in order to allow the body to burn off excess calories.

If you are using creams or pills for male chest reduction, a proper gynecomastia diet can help speed up the process of converting excess fats to usable energy.

3. Pluses and Minuses of Gynecomastia Surgery

Unless there is a medical rationale for it (i.e. if there are calcification and/or cancerous lumps in your breasts), breast reduction surgery is not a very sensible option for getting rid of man boobs.

For starters, it is risky and the cost is too high for most people. In most cases, men are better off exploring natural breast reduction solutions before entertaining the prospect of having invasive procedures.

To those of you who are couch potatoes or want to get rid of your man boobs ASAP, well you may need to resort to surgery. Some gynecomastia cases also require surgical intervention.

I know, I know, it sounds horrifying, especially if the last time you were under the knife was when you were six and had your tonsils out.

But, and this is a word worth considering, if your gynecomastia has been under treatment for more than a year and there is no apparent sign of improvement, your gynecomastia might be the chronic type and will require removal of your glandular breast tissue.

Given that there are safer and cheaper options to get rid of man breasts, men owe it to themselves to remain prudent and cautious. Keep in mind that your goal is to not only remove unsightly breasts, but also remain healthy and productive for as long as possible.

4. Topical Gynecomastia Treatment – Creams

Men who want to get rid of their enlarged breasts usually turn to topical solutions first before trying anything else.

This seems like the logical choice since creams/gels/serums are easy to get hold of and are fairly inexpensive (although there are others that can really put a dent on your credit card).

Needless to say, I would prefer non-invasive treatments such as gynecomastia creams and pills any day over surgery. These are also less costly than surgical treatments, not to mention the fact that it’s virtually painless.

How to get rid of gynecomastia with cream

Creams can be easily and conveniently applied without the use of any tools or even assistance; they are portable to take anywhere and accessible from any drugstore or online store to use anytime.

The downside is that the result is not instantaneous and may take some time to be visible, if at all. This is because the skin does not absorb the cream’s ingredients sometimes.

I’ve discovered one of the most proven effective gynecomastia creams available on the market: Gynexol is a cream specifically formulated to fight gynecomastia’s effects by shrinking the fat cells around the affected breast tissue.

There have been no side effects reported with the usage of Gynexol.

Gynexol, with natural ingredients such as aloe vera juice, retinol a.k.a. vitamin A, and extract of Ginkgo Biloba, among others, is formulated in a US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA)-approved facility.

Read the users reviews to find out why this gynecomastia cream is recommended by health expert Stewart Perry.

Easy to Use and Apply – Topical creams and gels are just about the easiest things to use so you there is no need for any assistance or added equipment to apply the solution. You can also take the treatment anywhere and use it anytime.

Available Online and Pharmacies – You can choose to purchase topical gynecomastia solutions from any drug store in your locale or if this is embarrassing for you, there are always online stores that sell such products.

Effects are Not Always Impressive – Many topical products guarantee results in as little as a few weeks, but very few live up to customer expectations.

Among the many drawbacks of using topical creams for treating male gynecomastia is that the ingredients may not be thoroughly absorbed by the skin, thereby negating the expected effect.

While some products actually have the right ingredients, skin absorption is not the ideal mode of delivery so one cannot be as optimistic in terms of the net result.

5. Male Breast Reduction Pills

Just as there are products intended to increase breast size (in women), there are also those that cater to males with the need to reduce theirs.

Gyno pills are highly popular treatment option today, as can provide significantly better results compared to other non-invasive methods.

Since the active ingredients are consumed and processed by the body, there is a better chance of getting the most out of the components.

In most cases, breast reduction pills for men are made of components that either boost testosterone levels or reduce estrogen levels in the body (other products do both), which would eliminate the side effect which is breast enlargement.

For those of you who want to lose man boobs by ingesting the cure rather than spreading it on your chest, take pills specifically formulated for gynecomastia such as Gynexin.

I’ve tried it myself and it works. Like its cream counterpart Gynexol, Gynexin has a 99% average success rate in treating gynecomastia.Gynexin best gynecomastia pill

Formulated using ingredients like green tea extract, caffeine, theobromine cacao, guggulsterones, and scaleorides, among others, Gynexin helps reduce both the size as well as the number of fat cells present in the breast tissue, according to my doctor.

With a dosage of two Gynexin pills a day, I’ve experienced tightening of the torso in three weeks.

The number of testimonials citing the effectiveness of Gynexin has been growing.

Check out the Gynexin website to confirm what satisfied users have been raving about: the loss of man boobs in less than six months at a fraction of the cost of gynecomastia surgery.

Absorption of a pill’s ingredients is what makes a pill the better choice when it comes to results. This fast absorption rate enables the ingredients in the pill to distribute its curative value more quickly to the targeted area, he explained.

This quick assimilation into the body apparently also helps maximize Gynexin’s potency to work on the upper chest immediately so there is less treatment time.

Pills for gynecomastia are portable like their cream versions but more cost efficient.

Not all gynecomastia pills are created equal, though, that’s why you have to be sure that you’re consuming the one without the additives or preservatives.

Like any other medication, however, there is a downside to these pills. Because different manufacturers formulate gynecomastia pills with various ingredients of their own choosing in different amounts, the results will obviously be varied as well.

This means that while some of these pills will be able to provide results within a short period of time, others will take several months for you to notice changes.

And while these pills aren’t necessarily cheap (their prices usually start at around $50 for a 30-day supply) if you compare prices like that with the cost of surgery, the difference is huge.

To make an informed choice, read on about why breast reduction pills may or may not be ideal for you.

How to get rid of man boobs for good

Male breast reduction pills are ideal for individuals who:

  • Want an option other than a surgical procedure to get rid of their man boobs.
  • Determined to control their daily calorie intake and commit to a physical fitness regimen (especially exercises to rid the upper chest of unwanted fat) to speed up metabolism to burn calories and fat.
  • Have no available free time to undergo a customized breast reduction treatment such as surgery.
  • Are unable to acquire insurance coverage for a surgical procedure; some insurance companies will refuse you coverage primarily on the basis that breast reduction is a cosmetic procedure.

Not ideal for individuals who:

  • Want breast reduction that is contoured or sculpted like the kind done on celebrities.
  • Require immediate results because of an event or occasion like a wedding or an awarding ceremony; a compression vest would be the better choice for a need such as this.

Easy and Safe to Use – Gynecomastia pills are just as easy to use as topical creams, perhaps even more so.

In addition, these pills are safe to consume even on a regular basis (caveat: not all pills have the same formulation so be sure to find a product that is all natural and devoid of any preservatives or additives), so it does not pose any threat to your health.

As long as you follow the required dosage and not deviate from the recommended daily intake, you can expect more or less desirable results.

Natural solutions for gynecomastia

Significantly Less Expensive than Creams – Based on the prevailing prices of breast reduction creams and other similar topical treatments today, consumers will be better off saving money by opting for pills instead.

Most products are packaged into 30 or 60 pills for each bottle, which lasts for about a month or two (depending on the formulation) of continuous usage. Since you are already spending good money, you might as well go for something that is not only cost-efficient but effective as well.

Products Vary in Efficacy – The sad truth is that since different manufacturers use different ingredients to formulate gynecomastia pills, the results also vary.

The problem with choosing breast reduction pills is that some products are simply not as effective as others so consumers often find themselves lost in a sea of endless choices.

Some of the best male breast reduction medication provide results in a mere few weeks, while mediocre second rate products take months before you can see anything changes.

Check also my review of Gynectrol pill, which is my favourite solution for reducing chest fat deposits.

Natural Pills Versus Prescriptions Medication

Just as there are medical-grade weight loss pills, there are also prescription gynecomastia drugs. Most people would think that they are better off with prescription drugs, but this is not always the case.

In fact, there are natural pills that are formulated to a level that can rival expensive prescriptive narcotics. Gynexin, for instance, is a natural gynecomastia treatment that targets fat cells and reduces the lipids to inconsequential levels.

Herbal-based breast reduction pills have little or no adverse side effects simply because the body is more responsive to natural components than to synthetic ones.

How to get rid of moobs fast

Why Choose Herbal Based Pills to get rid of gynecomastia?

There is much debate as to the merits of herbal-based supplements and why consumers choose to use it instead of medical-grade pharmacologicals.

Apart from safety, which includes the elimination of as many side effects as possible, herbal supplements work better as the human body is more receptive to natural components than synthetic ones.

The product Gynexin is an example of prime-grade breast reduction pills that are made of 100% all natural ingredients (including but not limited to cacao, green tea extract, and concentrated caffeine), that make for an excellent formula that targets excess fat on the breasts.

One of the biggest reasons why the breast reduction pill treatment may not work for some is that a majority of males ends up buying the wrong product.

Choosing Products Wisely

Customer testimonials and reviewsI hope that by now you know how to lose man boobs, at least you should have few effective options available.

Gynecomastia treatment without surgery is not only possible but also highly reliable, thanks to natural products that are not only safe but also very effective.

Since not all male breast reduction solutions work the same, it is important to know which ones are worth buying based on the testimonials of other customers as well as reliable and honest reviews by experts.

Enlarged male breasts need not be a long term burden, especially because there are excellent solutions that work faster than what you might expect.

Each of these treatment options has its own set of advantages and disadvantages. Choosing one over the other will require some serious thinking on your part before you make a decision that could impact your life later on.

Factors such as:

  • how quickly do you want your moobs to disappear,
  • whether or not you are willing to undergo surgery,
  • can you afford the surgery
  • committing to go on a diet for gynecomastia
  • having the determination to exercise or workout until you get rid of man boobs

…are only some of the things you will have to consider before choosing any of the treatments mentioned. Just remember that whatever type of treatment you choose, it should be safe and not be a hazard to your health in the future.

I consider Gynexin to be my gynecomastia treatment of choice because it’s worked for me. I’m quite confident you’ll get your desired results from one of the options I’ve provided.

Q&A – Readers Questions Answered

What is gynecomastia treatment?

There are several types of treatment available for gynecomastia. Sometimes there’s no treatment needed but time and only the pain will be addressed by taking ibuprofen.

In other cases, it may be a simple matter of stopping the consumption of the drug that’s causing gynecomastia as a side effect. Anabolic steroids are known to enlarge breasts, and ceasing the use of these substances can reduce the breasts back to their normal form.

In other cases, a doctor may recommend the off-label or experimental use of certain medications. That’s because the FDA so far has not yet approved any drug for the treatment of the condition.

But these medications may include testosterone replacement, clomiphene, tamoxifen, and Danazol. Other options include herbal pills and creams.

Other doctors may offer breast reduction surgery, which can remove either the excessive breast tissue growth or the fatty deposits in the chest area.

How much does gynecomastia treatment cost?

It’s really difficult to gauge the total cost of your gynecomastia treatment, as there are numerous options that your doctor can recommend. In fact, you may not even need treatment at all, especially in cases of teenage male breast enlargement.

The breasts will go back to their normal size and shape within a 2 to 3 years on their own. All the teen will need to buy are the ibuprofen and ice packs that can reduce the pain in the meantime.

Surgery can be more expensive, and it can run into thousands of dollars. In some rare cases, the enlargement may even be caused by breast cancer.

So you’ll need to calculate the total cost of the cancer treatment. You can also try alternative treatments in form of pills or creams where the cost of the medication is around $60-$70 monthly.

How to get rid of gynecomastia naturally?

If it’s caused by glandular issues, then perhaps you can stop taking any medication that’s causing the hormonal imbalance. Some of these drugs may only cause temporary enlargement of the breasts, but some do cause irreversible problems.

If the condition is caused by excess fat in the chest area, then you need to go on a weight loss program. Basically, this means causing a calorie imbalance, so you use up more calories than you consume so your body then burns the body fat for energy.

In other words, you need to exercise more while you decrease your calorie intake in your diet.

How can gynecomastia be reduced?

Usually, you can reduce the problem by simply stopping the medication you’re taking that’s causing the breast enlargement as a side effect. If the problem is caused by anabolic steroids, however, usually the reduction may only be possible with breast reduction surgery.

If your breasts are large due to excess fat deposits, then you will have to exercise and diet properly to reduce the fatty deposits in your chest.

Of course, there is a spectrum of natural pills and creams that help too and you can read reviews on this website. If you want to know how to get rid of gynecomastia with gyno pills click the link under 3 products comparison table.

Is it possible to reverse gynecomastia without surgery?

Yes in some cases. In pubertal gynecomastia, usually you just need to wait a few years. For obesity-related cases, you need proper diet and exercise and plus some natural items can help you speed up the process.

For some hormonal-related cases, it may be just about ceasing to take the medications that caused the problem, or taking non-surgery treatments like testosterone shots and medications to treat the gyno lump.

Which steroids cause gynecomastia?

Basically, all of them cause gynecomastia in one way or another. Many of them aromatize, which means that the body can take some of the testosterone you put in and convert it into estrogen, which then causes the enlarged breasts.

Get rid of your man boobsSome other steroids don’t really aromatize (particularly the DHT-derived steroids) so this effect is minimal. What you have to keep in mind is that when you take steroids, your body stops producing testosterone naturally.

So when you stop taking the steroids after a cycle, your body is still producing estrogen while it doesn’t produce enough testosterone to counterbalance the estrogen’s effects. Therefore, you get a hormonal imbalance, which can result in larger breasts.

Gynectrol is a natural supplement created to particularly combat gynecomastia caused by anabolic steroids abuse.

What causes gynecomastia in bodybuilders?

In general, this problem is caused by whatever bodybuilders are taking to increase their testosterone levels. In most cases, they’re taking anabolic steroids.

Very rarely do bodybuilders have moobs due to fatty deposits. After all, one of the goals of bodybuilding is the reduction of body fat.

Which foods reduce gynecomastia?

If your gynecomastia is caused by a hormonal imbalance or low testosterone, then you may want to load up on foods that contain large amounts of nutrients that may help boost your testosterone level.

These nutrients include vitamin D (tuna, low-fat milk) and zinc (oysters, shellfish, ground beef).

Other foods that should be in gynecomastia diet and may increase testosterone levels include eggs, pomegranates, beans, avocados, and potatoes.

What if your man tits are caused by excess fat deposits? Then you need to fill your diet with low-calorie food items instead. Start with more lean meat and vegetables instead of fast food.

What causes gynecomastia in puberty?

Pubertal gynecomastia can be a nightmarish situation for teenage boys, but it’s actually a common phenomenon. Some experts estimate that about half of all boys will go through some form of breast enlargement during this time.

The cause for this condition is suspected to be the hormonal imbalance between your androgen and estrogen levels. Estrogen can considerably stimulate the mammary glands while the androgen inhibits the mammary glands weakly.

At this point, some boys may not yet produce enough androgen to counteract the estrogen’s effect on the breasts. So the teen will have to wait a few years until the puberty stage is complete before the hormones balance out and the breasts revert to their normal size and shape.

However, the breast enlargement may also be caused by teenage obesity. So even if the hormones balance out eventually, the fatty deposits in the breasts may still cause the man boobs.

I have this problem since my childhood . Now I am 35 . It really discomforts and I cannot be shirtless . I do my regular exercise but there is no improvements .

Much appreciate your advice to overcome this issue.

Matt July 8, 2016 at 1:39 pm

Hi Ruzbihan,

You must consult your doctor first to diagnose the nature of your condition. I’m a former sufferer not doctor so I can’t diagnose your case. After checking with doctor you can choose your way to get rid of your man boobs by either surgery or non invasive treatments.

Good luck,

Nayan August 5, 2016 at 6:34 pm

Hi Matt.I have this problem since when i was 13 or 14.Now i am 26 .It really discomforts me.I cannot be shirtless or wear tight t-shirt.When i run it shakes.I cant share this problem with anyone. Please help me to get rid of this without surgery .Can i use this cream or pill. Please suggest me.

Matt August 7, 2016 at 11:54 am

Hi Nayan.
You really should consult this with a doctor first. If you are 26 and you still have it, it means it’s not puberty gynecomastia so it won’t go without treatment. Both pills and creams can help, but I’m not able to say which one would be better for you. I’m sorry but I’m not qualified to diagnose you. I helped myself using mainly pills but also adding cream at some point. I hope you will get rid of you problem soon.

gopi August 25, 2016 at 3:30 pm

I have thi problem from my 13 year. I want to get rid of it. I consult my doctor.but he said to do nothing. but i really want to reduce it. I am not able to wear tshirts and its relly embarasing to me.

Matt September 6, 2016 at 11:57 am

If you are under 20 years old I would follow your doctor advice and wait as it can dissappear on its own. You cn always try to do chest building exercises to accelearate the process. In case you are over 20 already I would try Gynexin or Gynexol for 1 month to see if you are getting any results.

Raju August 27, 2016 at 12:15 pm

Hi Matt Sir..
I have this problem since last 1 year because I have not observed it when it actually come the issue, I have recently checked with physician they consulted me and advice that surgery opinion. i requesting to you how get rid from without surgery because may this issue come from recently so Kindly advice for your valuable suggestions… Thank You

Matt September 6, 2016 at 11:52 am

Hi Raju. Surgery definitely can help but it’s rather expensive. I woud try Gynexin for 2-3 months to see what results you are getting. Using it together with Gynexol would be even more effective as cream work from the outside. You can always have surgery later if results won’t satisfy you but try alternatives first.

Muneeb August 30, 2016 at 4:29 pm

Hi Matt.I have this problem since when i was 18 .Now i am 20 .It really discomforts me.I cannot be shirtless or wear tight t-shirt.When i run it shakes.I cant share this problem with anyone. Please help me to get rid of this without surgery .Can i use this cream or pill. Please suggest me.

Matt September 6, 2016 at 11:43 am

Hi Muneeb. I’m not sure if in your case it’s still pubertal gynecomastia or an adult version. You definitely should consult a doctor to check it. Obviously both cream or pills can help, but you are still young and your man boobs can be gone without treatment when your hormones settle down after puberty. Healthy diet and exercises will help too.

Himanshu September 11, 2016 at 9:20 am

I’m 21 now I’m having puffy nipple
My chest is perfectly fine but I have puffy nipples I can’t wear tshirts as it is very shameful. It is clearly visible it I wear fitting shirts also.
Help me out
I shall go for surgery or cream?

Matt September 20, 2016 at 9:02 pm

Hi Himanshu. I think cream could help in your case, but go to check it first with a doctor. After a visit you will be able to make a more aware decision what you need to get rid of your problem.

Aris September 13, 2016 at 7:43 am

Hello sir,i am 17 and i m suffering from this problem and i m really feeling ambarrassed to meet a doctor or to talk to my parents and cant do excercise like pushups because it also stop increasing height so what should i do ??

Matt September 20, 2016 at 8:59 pm

Hi Aris. I know you feel embarrased but you shouldn’t. It happens to many men especialy at your age. You probably have pubertal gynecomastia and it should disappear on its own. However it is always good consult a doctor and get some proffessiona advise. Don’t be ashamed as doctors are prepared to deal with many different conditions. I’m not sure what you mean saying that pushups can stop incresing height, from what I know and understand exercises can be really helpful especially if you have fat deposits around your chest area.

haroon September 18, 2016 at 9:28 am

I have Same problem. I cannot walk in public. I shy from people. when. I talk with someone he or she must focuse on my chest.

Matt September 20, 2016 at 8:52 pm

Hi Harron. If that doctor is not treating you seriously you should go to other doctor. If you are ready to do surgery you should check where in your area are specialists that can provide service for you. In most bigger cities you should find clinics that offer gynecomastia surgery.

dixit September 18, 2016 at 2:50 pm

Dear sir,
i have gyno from 2 years. now i am 24 year old. i dont know what to do ?i read your articles ,is there any side effect of using gynexin pills and gynexol cream ?? plz suggest me ..
thank you.

Matt September 20, 2016 at 8:48 pm

Hi. I can’t diagnose you so I do not know what would the best way to get rid of gyno for you. Regarding side effects of Gynexin and Gynexol there are no side effects of Gynexol cream, as long you are not allergic to one of its ingredients. In case of Gynexin pills there are not serious side effects, however Gynexin is a stimulant and has high doses of caffeine therefore is not recommended if you have heart problems.

Andrew Karras September 19, 2016 at 4:15 pm

(1) I have gynecomastia on my both breasts, but my right breast is significantly larger than the left one. The first time I noticed this condition on my body was when I was around eleven years old. Now I am forty six years old, but nothing has changed. I frequently feel slight pain on my right breast, but I feel no pain on my left breast. I am not an over-weighted man, although I do have some excess fat on my body. I think that my gynecomastia is primary due to increased glandular breast tissue. If it was only due to excess fat, my two breasts would be symmetrically largre. I do not like the idea of having a surgery or taking pills. Do you think gynexol cream would help? Since gynexol primarily burns chest fat, I think it will not reduce glandular breast tissue.
(2) I have heard medical doctors saying that exercises may increase the problem, in case gynecomastia is due to increased glandular breast tissue. Strong breast muscles beneath an increased glandular breast tissue make this tissue more pointy.
I would appreciate your answers.

Matt September 20, 2016 at 8:39 pm

Hi Andrew. I’m afraid that in your case surgery would be the best option. I’m not sure if Gynexol woul be effective in your case. As you mentioned Gynexol mainly burn fat and you have increased glandular breast tissue, so probably not the best option for you.
Regarding your second question I do not agree with that doctor opinion entirely. You will build stronger muscles but at the same time you will be burning fat. Chest area especially in case of gynecomastia has a lot of fat deposits therefore exercises would definitely help, however you won’t be able to eliminate that increased glandular breast tissue. I know that surgery carry some risk and it’s rather expensive but that’s probably the only way to eliminate your problem completely.

Some guy September 20, 2016 at 10:55 am

Matt bro I’m 15 and I suspect it….I did alot of push ups in order to loose them but just didn’t work….what should I do haven’t told anyone yet? I’m scared they’ll laugh when I tell them!😞😞

Matt September 20, 2016 at 8:23 pm

Hey man. At 15 years you definitely have pubertal kind of gynecomastia. I know it isn’t nice and you feel bad, but this thing in most cases is temporary. You are in a period of hormonal storm and your body is changing. Right diet and exercise is always recommended but you can’t do anything else at the moment. If you want some professional advice you should consult your doctor. Pubertal gyno is pretty common at your age, therefore doctors are prepared to deal with it.

Hi matt, pls I like to get a gynexin product but I would like to know if I place order how to track it to get to me in Nigeria.

Matt October 4, 2016 at 12:18 pm

Hi Francis.
I can’t help you with tracking Gynexin as I don’t work for the company. Go to Gynexin website and use contact form to get in touch with them. I’m sure they will be able to help you.

avikumar September 25, 2016 at 6:39 pm

I am suffering from chest fat I have no gynecomastia but fat is deposit in chest area I want to reduce it I checked this by the doctor I did some test but doctor said to me this is no gynecomastia this is fat in your chest this is more to general. Please help me

Matt October 4, 2016 at 12:11 pm

Hi Avikumar.
To cheer you up I tell you that this is good news that you have no gynecomastia but just fat deposits in your chest. It will be much esier to get rid of them. Lifestyle changes like diet and exercise plus some fat burner and you should get rid of your chest fat. I would go with Gynectrol in your case as it’s very effective in burning chest fat.

ronte September 27, 2016 at 3:56 am

hi Matt
I have this problem since I was 19,now I am 24.I consult my doctor and he gave me a leaf of tablets named monamox -500.But those tablets works for sometimes. Now he said to do surgery. But I waana solve this problem without surgery.. What can I do….?

Matt October 4, 2016 at 12:00 pm

Hi Ronte,
I have no experience with Monamox so can’t comment on it. If doctor suggest you surgery maybe you should consider this. If you want to try something else, you must have a holistic approach and change your diet to one that helps burn fat, start exercising amd then you can add pill like Gynexin or Gynexol cream to amplify results. In my opinion in most cases pills or creams won’t be effective if not used together with proper diet and exercises.

rajesh September 29, 2016 at 10:38 am

I have this problem since my childhood . Now I am 30 . It really discomforts and I cannot be shirtless . I do my regular exercise but there is no improvements .

Much appreciate your advice to overcome this issue.

Matt October 4, 2016 at 11:48 am

Hi Rajesh.
If you are already exercising and your diet is good, you probably need a medical help. Go to your doctor to consult your problem. I don’t know how your breast look like and cannot diagnose you. You may need surgery if the breast is seriously overgrown, but pills like Gynexin can help to some degree too.

Proe October 7, 2016 at 7:53 pm

Hey man im 15 and i have been suffering from this problem for 2years now . I haven’t told anyone about this am afraid they would laugh at me .What must i do to rid of man’s boobs.

Matt October 7, 2016 at 8:11 pm

You are 15, so you have pubertal gynecomastia. It’s temporary and it will disappear. Don’t do any treatments cause you are to young, and it will be unnecessary. What you can do is to take a look at your diet and phisical activity. Eat healthy and exercise and your problem will disapper soon.

Emmanuel October 11, 2016 at 10:12 pm

I’m 16years old now and my breast develops suddenly and I tried a lot of exercise but no improvement…so plz what can I do or buy to make this breast return to how it was.

Matt October 13, 2016 at 8:49 am

I’m sorry Emmanuel but I can’t advice you any medications as you are under 18. Your conditions is quite common at your age and it’s temporary, therefore no treatment is advised.

M October 12, 2016 at 6:33 pm

I just made an x-ray and mimeograph at my chest and show it to my family doctor and he said to me you minimal gynecomastia and nothing to worry about but I don’t like the view of my chest so do u advice me with the cream or with pills

Matt October 13, 2016 at 8:46 am

I really can’t tell you what medications you should use. However from what you said I conclude that you have more than just fat on your chest. In this case I would go with Gynexin pill. If I’m wrong and you have just fat deposits then use Gynexol cream or Gynectrol pills, whatever is more convinient for you.

Nayyar Paul October 14, 2016 at 6:51 am

Hi my name is Nayyar i’m 17 years old now i exercise regularly the sides of my man boobs are solid and in shape but not the tip the tip is a little lumpy. Is it normal?? i mean will it go away when i’m 18 as my body will start to work properly regarding excessive estrogen?? What should i do? please help me!

Matt October 16, 2016 at 7:39 pm

Hi Nayyar.
You definitely should wait till 18 years old. Your body is changing at the moment and some changes don’t look god but could be only temporary. At the moment just observe your body and in case of condition getting worse check with a doctor.

Inconiti October 19, 2016 at 11:18 pm

I’ve been having this problem since I was 12 now am 21,I checked with a doctor but he told me there is nothing to worry about just body fast, but when I work out my gyno gets bigger.what’s your advise ?

Thank you in advance

Matt October 20, 2016 at 8:28 am

Hi Inconiti.
You said that when you workout your gyno gets bigger, that’s mean it’s not necessarily just fat because fat would burn during workouts. You can have overgrown glandular tissue which is sign of gynecomastia. I’m not able to tell you what to do just from your short note. Try to consult with another doctor and tell him/her that you are working out but it makes your breasts bigger. You can also try Gynexin as is more effective for shrinking glandure tissue thn other pills that mainly burn chest fat.

ndodana October 23, 2016 at 9:30 pm

well l have real big breast l was 11 now l am 30 ,l can’t take of my shirt even in front of my gal for it’s embarrasing and my breast have each a big lump inside and they get itch when l squeeze them something like milk comes out and hell they are so big that if l took a topless pic with my breastfeeding gal people will say l am the one breastfeeding please somebody help

Matt October 23, 2016 at 10:02 pm

It sounds serious. Go to consult this with a doctor. Maybe surgery would be necessary. I’m not able to diagnose you Ndodana. You must know doctor diagnosis first to try any alternative treatment.

rahul October 24, 2016 at 4:05 pm

I was suffering from this problem now I am 19 I want to get rid of this problem I was feeling shy suggest me plz…..

Matt October 24, 2016 at 9:06 pm

Hi Rahul. I don’t know what kind of man boobs you have. You must consult your condition with a professional. Doctor will be able to tell if you have gynecomastia or just fat deposit on your chest (pseudogynecomastia). The treatment is different for each of these conditions. For severe gynecomastia surgery might be necessary, for milder one you can use Gynexin pills together with the right diet. If you have pseudogynecomastia, exercises can help you and you can also use Gynexol cream or Gynectrol pills. As I said before the most important is the right diagnosis, to know what treatment would be the best for you.

Deepak October 24, 2016 at 9:08 pm

Which speciality doctor we can discusse about this issue
I don’t have too much mass in my body but I have man boobs and I am 29

Matt October 26, 2016 at 10:42 am

Go to your local doctor who if necessary should send you to a proper specialist.

michael October 25, 2016 at 8:29 am

Hey i gynecomista, how will i use those lills if i buy, im keen to get this.

Matt October 26, 2016 at 10:30 am

Hi Micheal. If you buy these pills you will receive a dosage instruction with them. Typically you take 2 pills daily, one in the morning before breakfest and one before dinner.

Nikhil November 3, 2016 at 5:22 pm

I am 24 now and i cannot differentiate between gynocomista or fat! I didn’t have breast when i was 20, but my nipples were swollen. Now i have gain some weight but i am not that fat! Can i have gynocomastia since i didn’t have large breast when i was 20

Matt November 6, 2016 at 10:25 pm

Hi Nikhil.
I’m not able to diagnose what condition you have. To check if you have gynecomastia or fat (psuedogynecomastia) you must consult your condition with a specialist. After proper diagnosis you will be able to start a correct treatment for man boobs.

Anu November 6, 2016 at 9:43 pm

Hi matt….
(Plz help …i am facing this embarrasment since a long time)
I have gynocomestia since i was 13 now i m 18..i went to an endocrinologist after the medication procedure he advised me for the surgery….undoubtedly surgery is an expensive choice….what cud i do if i wont like to hav surgery

Can i rely upon gynexin ….shud i take the cream along with it and some diet procedure if req….

(I am having the same cndition as u showed the photo above…and wider hips along with it)

Matt November 6, 2016 at 10:38 pm

Hi Anu.
Sorry to hear that you have this problem for so long. Both Gynexin and Gynexol cream can help you. When you use them together with a proper diet and exercises you have big chances of geting rid of your man boobs. However I am not bale to give you a medical advice as I can’t diagnose you. In some gynecomastia cases, only surgery is able to remove an overgrown breast tissue.

shamim November 10, 2016 at 1:15 pm

hi I am 29. I was overweight in early ages. later on I reduce my weight but my boobs didn’t lose fat adequately with the body. even I get thinner boobs fat stay to weired looking level. I have it maybe after 2009 . in early I didn’t have it. your suggestions plz.

Matt November 10, 2016 at 2:05 pm

Hi Shamin. It looks like you have pseudogynecomastia. There are few ways to reduce your fat deposits in breast area. You can try exercises for man boobs and also you can use cream or pills that can help speed up the process.
In some cases of heavily overgrown breasts only gyno surgery can completely remove them.

Ajit November 12, 2016 at 5:34 pm

Hi matt! I am having this gyno for almost 5years now i am of 18 years old please tell me that can i remove it completly through diet , exercise , pills and cream as i do not want to go through sergury

Matt November 14, 2016 at 12:58 pm

Hi Ajit.
Yes, you should try all abovementioned methods to reduce your gynecomastia. Surgery definitely can help you but it is very expensive that’s why it’s a good idea to use alternative and natural options first.

Kashish November 13, 2016 at 5:30 pm

Hi matt

Sir i hav kinelter syndrome dr advised me fr surgery …plz tell
1.) do masturbation increase the problem…of man boobs…

(is the glandular tissue removed by these)
5.) Cud u suggst anythng fr wider hips too caused by XXY chromosome

Thnx a lot in advance

Matt November 14, 2016 at 12:55 pm

Hi Kashish.
I’ll try to do my best to help you but I’m not a doctor therefore if you have any doubts get a professional consultation.
1. No, masturbation do not increase man boobs.
2. Both pills and cream for gynecomastia are delivered worldwide and definitely can be shipped to India. I can’t tell the delivery time. Mine were delivered in 3 days but I live in the US.
3. I’m not sure what you mean but healthy lifestyle is advised.
4. Man boobs in some cases can come back. If you have hormonal imbalance or your breast fat grow again that’s can cause your man boobs appear too.
5. No, as I’m not a doctor.
All the best.

Gino November 26, 2016 at 1:35 pm

Always been a regular weightlifter. I took some supplements last year and now have these hard bands behind my nipples and they sting when touched or pressed. One side is worse than the other. Any thoughts?

Matt December 6, 2016 at 9:46 am

Hi Gino. Definitely go to your doctor to check this. If this is a reaction to some supplements you better be careful before taking another medications without proper diagnosis.

Phums December 5, 2016 at 10:41 am

Hi Matt
I have the same problem, I can’t take my shirt off in public. Do I need to consult the Specialist in this or the normal GP.
The problem here is that the Specialist might recommend surgery since they will make a lot of money out of it.
What do you think?

Matt December 5, 2016 at 2:17 pm

Hi. Try normal GP first. If he/she will be able to help you it could save you some money. Unfortunately some of them are poorly trained in this area in my opinion, so maybe visiting the specialist will be the only option. Good luck anyways!

Ashik December 9, 2016 at 4:59 am

Hey Matt,
I am 17 & has obesity problems..
I also have the same problem as told above.
What should I do first? Reducing fat or Consulting a doctor?
Thank you

Matt December 9, 2016 at 11:27 am

Hi Ashik. I would try to lose weight and reduce fat first. If you can do it, maybe consulting a doctor won’t be necessary.

sabuj December 10, 2016 at 7:08 pm

sir, I(18) have also large boobs…….I cant share this problem with parents….. I cant understand what I should do??? please help me…… Can I take pills or cream without consulting a doctor???

Matt December 11, 2016 at 8:24 pm

Hi Sabuj. You should check your condition with a doctor. You can take pills or cream with natural ingredients to be sure that there is no side effects. However to be on a safe side professional consultation is a good idea, especially at your age.

Loks December 11, 2016 at 9:21 am

I am 12 I am not thin I am more fat. I am not sure if I have gyno it’s not sore when I squeeze but I fell something could it be a muscle or could it be a lump or could it be pubertoral gyno and if so what do you think I should do. I have read that eating broccoli helps and organic and lots of water. If this is true can you tell me please. Thank you

Loks December 11, 2016 at 9:42 am

Or should I wait till I am 20 and lose some weight I could tell I bit better and does pubertoral gyno ever go away. Thanks

Matt December 11, 2016 at 5:27 pm

Hi Loks.
At your age you can only stick to healthy diet and some exercises. If you are overweight try to lose some weight and the fat from your chest will be less visible too. At your age it’s pubertal gynecomastia and it should go away on its own.

Loks December 11, 2016 at 10:32 pm

Thank you matt

JMW December 14, 2016 at 4:49 am

Hello sir,

I have had this thing since I was a chubby child at 14 years of age. I was sick of it so my friends and I trained hard in running weight lifting all throughout high school. The darn things wouldn’t go away. I was eating whatever I wanted to back then and I was overall slim everywhere except my chest.

High school was over I joined the military hoping to lose them in there. Well fast forward to now I’m 29 and I have pushed up. Squated bench pressed ran went on a Caloric deficit, taken natural vitamin supplements, ate fruits and vegetables and even stayed away from meat for awhile… and have done everything absolutely possible to get rid of the man boobs naturally and they are still there. there has gotta be something I’m missing. I’m really not into taking a pill or some drug to get me to lose them. What are your suggestions?

Matt December 16, 2016 at 3:46 pm

Hi. Man you have done really good job trying to get rid of them. Have you consulted your problem with any doctor? I’m not able to say what exactly you have as I can’t see you. It could be possible that only gyno surgery will be able to help you remove them for good. Do a reasearch at your town and you should find a place where it can be done. It could be pricey but in some cases is the only option.

Ansar December 26, 2016 at 10:00 am

If I am taking gynnexin ,within how many days can I reduce my gyno

Matt January 20, 2017 at 3:01 pm

Hi Ansar. It depends on the size of your gynecomastia and other factors too. In most cases the results are visible after 8 weeks of treatment.

Ira Portes January 17, 2017 at 4:07 am

I have huge man boobs. How do I get rid of them?

Matt January 20, 2017 at 2:34 pm

Hi. Read the articles on this site and you will find different ways to deal with man boobs. Try something that you think could be the best for you. I can’t help you without seeing you, but remember that healthy diet and exercise are always helpful and can be used to speed up the process with any medications.

Johnny January 17, 2017 at 9:01 pm

Hello there. I have a few questions. Is gynecomastia through use of steroids treatable under any form other than surgery? It’s hard tissue and it hurts when you grab it. Exercising and dieting didn’t work and I haven’t used any medication yet. I once went to a plastic surgeon and he told me that surgery is the only way, but he might’ve said it so that I do the surgery and pay him. So yeah, do you think I should consult a doctor about medication? If so, what kind of doctor?

Matt January 20, 2017 at 2:28 pm

Hi Johnny. You definitely should consult your condition with a doctor. Go to your first contact doctor and he/she will be able to help you send you to the right specialist.

Venky January 21, 2017 at 1:21 am

Hi Matt i have this problem sice i was 13 or 14 now i am 23 but had big manboobs at 13 concernd a Doctor at 13 he told it will get reduced however it has reduced and becone small but lefe 1 is little big and right one looks small and can feel sone hard fat near the titts wht to do in this case ahould i start workout ,exercise or concern a doctor plz reply

Matt January 30, 2017 at 1:21 pm

Hi Venky. So, your pubertal gynecomastia has diminished buy you still have some symptoms. In your case, I would definitely consult a doctor to check what exactly is left. You must be sure that nothing malignant is growing there. After your check, you can use some alternative treatment if you wish, like cream or pills. Obviously, exercises and a healthy diet could also help.

bob Johnson February 5, 2017 at 6:32 am

I am a teenager with very puffy and tender nipples. I’m in pretty good shape and relatively skinny but my nipples and very large and have a hard mass under them. I have had this problem for a few years and was wondering what may have caused it and how i can naturally get rid of it.

Matt February 10, 2017 at 10:59 am

Hi Bob. In your case, it could be pubertal gynecomastia which normally disappears on its own. However, because you have this condition for few years you should go to check it with a doctor. There are some natural treatments you can use, but it wouldn’t be wise to use them before you are diagnosed.

Karl February 5, 2017 at 8:04 pm

I made it thru cancer, yet meds etc thru my hormones off…and now I got major gynocomastia. Am cancer free, yet it put 60lbs on me I am getting off slowly. Used to have the body of a gymnast. Will pills and all help?

Matt February 10, 2017 at 10:52 am

Hi Karl. I’m really happy for you that you made it through cancer. As you put on weight it’s natural that your fat deposits on your chest became bigger too. Also, the medications probably messed up your hormones. Definitely, a healthy diet and regular exercises would be helpful. I recommend you to consult your condition with a doctor to establish if you have just fat on your chest (pseudo gynecomastia) or some hormonal changes in your breast tissue (gynecomastia). As there are different medicines for both conditions you will be better off knowing what exactly you have.

dinesh kumar February 6, 2017 at 12:30 pm

I feel shy to tell to doctor what could I do pls help me

Matt February 10, 2017 at 10:38 am

Hi Dinesh. I know that it could be embarrassing to have gynecomastia, but you really shouldn’t be shy to show it to a doctor. Doctors are trained to deal with different conditions and they are prepared to serve patients professionally. It’s your health and well being, therefore you must overcome your fear and definitely consult your condition with a doctor.

Prastaweb February 10, 2017 at 5:09 am

Exercising and dieting didn’t work and I haven’t used any medication yet.

Matt February 10, 2017 at 10:30 am

Maybe you should use some if you had no results with diet and exercising?

unknown February 17, 2017 at 1:14 pm

I was 13 and every thing was fine. One day someone jokingly squeezed my right chest nipple.Actually,he did it very hard that marks of his fingers could be seen on my chest for some time. After few days,a lump came out from there and became puffy. Gradually,my right chests size began to increase. Now I m 17 and the problem still persists.Right chest has grown a bit and it little pains when pressed. My left chest is also a bit puffy but not as the the right one is.And one thing sir-I m not fat and then too I was not when this happend with me.Pleade help…

Matt February 21, 2017 at 11:00 am

Have you consulted your condition with a doctor? If not, do it as soon as you can. You must be properly diagnosed before you can try any treatment.

Rayhan February 19, 2017 at 5:03 pm

Which depertment doctor I will go for consultant about this problem???

Matt February 21, 2017 at 10:55 am

Consult this with your general doctor and he/she will be able to send you to the right specialist if necessary.

Harish February 24, 2017 at 8:31 am

Sir Can you recommend me some good pills. Im suffering from gyno since last 3 years now iam 17 years and 70 kg. Please recommend me some good pills

Matt March 5, 2017 at 10:45 pm

Hi Harish. If you are 17 years old you can still have pubertal gynecomastia and this condition can disappear on its own. Unfortunately, in most cases it takes a lot of time. If you really want to try pills check this article to see what options you have.

Tevaun February 27, 2017 at 3:42 am

I read through the information that you provided, really helpful by the way. I’m the same as the other guys. I’m 21 years and I have had it with this curse. How severe was your case and did the pills really work for you? My doctor recommended surgery but I can’t afford it.

Matt March 5, 2017 at 10:39 pm

Hi. You are one of the many men who have this condition. I would say my case was moderate. Yes, the pills helped me but I also changed my diet and started to exercise regularly. Surgery is a drastic but in most cases effective way of removing man boobs. Unfortunately, it’s very expensive and that’s why so many people try to find the alternative options.

Ankit Agrawal February 27, 2017 at 10:06 am

I have man boobs and i am 28 yrs old. What i should do.

Matt March 5, 2017 at 10:33 pm

Hi Ankit. You have many options and you can find some answers on this website. However, nobody will be able to consult you online and you should go to check your problem with a doctor.

kevin March 20, 2017 at 12:24 pm

how far are you with your problem? what are you using?

Joe February 28, 2017 at 11:42 am

Hi, I have very large moobs, and i have been overweight too.
I can’t even remember since when I got them, I read your article and thought to ask.
I m presently 21, can it be cured with proper diet and exercise, I don’t want to go for surgery.

Matt March 5, 2017 at 10:30 pm

Hi Joe. It’s hard to say if you can get rid of your moobs with diet and surgery. Every case is different and it hugely depends on the size of your moobs. You definitely can try but unfortunately, I can’t guarantee you will get results this way. If you have a large breast you should really check it with a specialist to be sure what to do.

jay March 9, 2017 at 1:29 pm

Hi..I have boobs, not very large but shows on my tshirt…its been there since I was 11 am gonna be 21 this can I get rid of it..I don’t want surgery

Matt March 13, 2017 at 11:12 am

Hi Jay. You have few options to get rid of your breast. Check on the top of this site where you can find links to sections like diet, exercises and some alternative treatments.

adil March 10, 2017 at 10:17 am

hi sir can recommend treatment i am suffering from gyno. i am 19 year old. i have puffy nipples and some soft fat around my chest. sir plz give the by which i get rid gyno naturally.

Matt March 13, 2017 at 11:09 am

Hi Adil. If you are looking for information how to lose your moobs you should read few articles here, about exercises, diet and some alternative treatments. However, it is always a good idea to check your condition with a doctor.

Bill March 25, 2017 at 4:29 pm

Hey Matt, what if I had it on only one side? My chest is pretty defined and I workout often the result was from anabolic steroids I took a year and a half ago. It’s just one of my nipples are puffy and you can see it through shirts.. I feel a little breast tissue on that side but when my nipple doesn’t look puffy my chest looks totally fine.

Matt March 30, 2017 at 10:12 am

Hi Bill. It looks like you have some kind of unilateral gyno. Steroids could have messed up with your hormones. To get help and solution you must check it with a doctor. As you know it’s impossible to diagnose such things online.

naman arora April 1, 2017 at 4:07 am

I don’t that it is gynomastia or fat deposit.
Which doctor should I consult?
-gynaecologist or what?

Matt April 4, 2017 at 8:21 pm

Hi. No, just go to your normal doctor. He/she will be able to help you or forward you to the right specialist. Gynaecologists are for women.

CiCi Elle April 7, 2017 at 3:23 pm

My significant other had this issue and was able to get a supplement to help

Matt April 9, 2017 at 9:24 am

Hi. Great to hear that something helped your partner. Could you share with us what he used and what results he is getting?

Vijay April 9, 2017 at 7:40 am

I have this problem of gyno but the worst part is that my one side looks bigger than my other side. What should I do ??

Matt April 9, 2017 at 9:18 am

It is quite common that one breast is getting bigger that the other one. It could be the case of unilateral gynecomastia. The treatment is still more or less the same as for normal gynecomastia. Definitely, you should consult your problem with the doctor.

Al April 11, 2017 at 10:15 am

hi there im 28 years old I use to be slightly overweight in my teens 12-14 but im quite lean now im in good shape and I balance my diet well but more so clean and healthy, my chest isn’t bad put I have puffy nipples as when I was a teen I had enlarged chest area along with puffiness but now I just have puffy nipples when temperature gets hot or humid but when cool/cold they are back to normal and looks decent enough to match my upperbody, have you delt or herd of this before and will natural remedies as you mentioned such as (gynexin/creams) help this on top of clean dieting and solid exercise or is surgery the only way to eliminated the puffy nipples?

Matt April 11, 2017 at 3:28 pm

Hi Al. Glandular Gynecomastia sometimes referred to as ‘puffy nipples’is the form of gynecomastia that occurs quite commonly at puberty. Although, it may occur in young adults and older adults as well. There is no expansion of fatty tissue in the surrounding area. A comprehensive review of your health and medications is necessary to decide how to get rid of this condition. Check it with your doctor as he/she can advise you the most effective treatment.

Mahee April 16, 2017 at 6:36 pm

Matt April 18, 2017 at 8:40 pm

Hi Mahee. The only cream I know of is Gynexol. Check my review here or go to its website here.

Tony April 17, 2017 at 11:21 am

Hi matt what type of doctor should i visit about gynecomastia? Tnx

Matt April 18, 2017 at 8:32 pm

You can try to book a consultation with an endocrinologist as this is a doctor who specializes in treating hormonal imbalances.
However, you should be fine visiting your regular doctor who can do a check and if necessary send you to a correct specialist.

Nyz April 20, 2017 at 9:23 am

Hi James. You can buy pills or creams for gyno online. Check reviews on this site. However, yo should check your condition with your doctor before you order any medicine on your own.

Rakshit May 9, 2017 at 5:06 pm

I am 19 and I am suffering from gynocomastia since I was 13. I do cardio on daily basis and I am having a low body fat percentage .
Please suggest me what to do

Matt May 11, 2017 at 12:55 pm

Have you checked your condition with a doctor? I would start with a proper examination before starting any treatment on your own.

diya May 10, 2017 at 7:26 am

My brother having same problem. He is wearing 36 aa cup trainee bra? is it good for him

Matt May 11, 2017 at 12:54 pm

As long as is making his moobs hidden.

Raamon May 16, 2017 at 11:04 am

I’ve had moobs since the age of 13 and I have been embarrassed shirtless and would love to go swimming which I love but will never do. I am now 46 and really thinking of going abroad for surgery. I had tried everything and when I was younger I was very good at various sports and was very active but since the moobs I decided to become overweight to cover up these ridiculous boobs. The latest surgery maybe the best solution but hope it works. If the surgeon can do miracles for me then this will be the best gift for me since last 30 years.

Matt May 22, 2017 at 8:25 am

Hey Ramoon. Good luck with your surgery! Do some research to choose the good clinic.

Matt June 2, 2017 at 9:14 am

Hi Rohit. I’m sorry for your situation. I know it’s hard for you. However, at your age this condition it’s probably just temporary and will disappear later. Try to stay fit by exercising and eating right. This could definitely help you. Also, you shouldn’t be ashamed to speak with a doctor. Many men has similar problems and doctors are trained to deal with such issues.

Jose June 10, 2017 at 12:17 am

Hey im 15 and i have man boobs and in this generation its shame brought on me i wanna try physical workouts to. My question. Is Should i use the cream/pill at my age

Matt June 14, 2017 at 8:57 am

Hi Jose. Try workouts and also adjust your diet. Basically keep it healthy and be active. Unfortunately you can’t use creams or pills at your age. These can mess with your hormones which would be dangerous at your age.

Sid June 13, 2017 at 6:52 pm

Hey matt iam 18 …and iam facing this man boobs from when i entered my adolescence …what can i do?

Matt June 14, 2017 at 9:14 am

Himanshu June 14, 2017 at 9:00 am

Matt June 14, 2017 at 9:23 am

Hi. I’m sorry to hear about your situation. Have you checked your condition with a doctor? If not, you definitely should do it to know exactly what are you dealing with. The doctor can also advise you some treatments. It depends on the character of your man boobs, and sometimes only surgery can remove them completely. That’s why you should be properly diagnosed before starting any treatment.

Rajkumar June 21, 2017 at 11:39 am

santos June 24, 2017 at 4:51 am

Can gynecomastia cause men breast cancer

Matt June 26, 2017 at 8:16 am

Hi. Gynecomastia is not directly linked with breast cancer. However, from what I know men with enlarged breast tissue are in a higher risk group. If you have any lumps in your breast do check them immediately with a doctor.

A. Hossain June 26, 2017 at 2:34 pm

Hello I am A Hossain from Bangladesh. I am 42 and my both nipples are covered with hard tissue still now from 16.While I touch or press tightly it becomes natural for 30 second and then it becomes as before. There is somewhat pain also.

Matt June 29, 2017 at 1:18 pm

This definitely should be examined by a doctor. You won’t find help online as it’s impossible to assess your condition without a physical examination.

Aiden June 29, 2017 at 4:27 pm

I have a problem ive tried every thing as far as workouts and diets, i even consulted my doctor please help me i in dire distress please give me other things to do to reduce them

Matt June 30, 2017 at 12:43 pm

Hi Aiden. I’m sorry to hear about your situation. If you have already consulted your case with professional and also you tried diet and exercises, there are not many options left. If you can afford you can go for surgery. Remember however to use only a reliable facility as this is a serious procedure. You can also try alternative treatments like pills or creams. These can help you but results are not guaranteed. From my experience, Gynectrol pills work the best for pseudogynecomastia (fat deposits) and Gynexin for gynecomastia (cause by hormonal imbalance).

ayaan July 5, 2017 at 12:05 pm

I’m 22years old now and my breast develops suddenly and I tried a lot of exercise but no improvement…
Nd also facing problem in sleeping decrease size of testis

Matt July 6, 2017 at 9:48 pm

Hi Ayaan. It looks like you have a low testosterone level. All your symptoms are characteristic for low testosterone. You should try to boost your testosterone by diet, exercises and maybe some testosterone boosters.

chandra July 10, 2017 at 8:20 pm

am suffering man boobs i have 28 years not meet any doctor b coz am shame full

Steve July 7, 2017 at 7:33 pm

Hi Matt
I’m 19.5 years old.I have this problem since I was 11 I guess.I realised that something was growing on my chest when I was 13 or 14 when someone teased me. Now I don’t know whether it’s a fat deposition or increased development of breast tissue. I’m embarrassed. Finding ways to get rid of it. Last week I consulted a doctor. He said ” Don’t worry.Since you don’t have any secretions from your nipples, you need not worry. This is not at all a problem to your health. This case happens to many men.Just do some Excercises. Don’t eat junk foods” I don’t know if he understood my feelings. What do you say? If I consume natural remedy that increases testosterone in my body,Do you think that would surely help? Please advice me.

Matt July 11, 2017 at 1:18 pm

Hi Steve. Great that you have consulted this with your doctor. It looks like you have pseudogynecomastia – fat deposits on your chest. Right diet and exercises would definitely help you. If you wanna speed up the process you can try Gynectrol along diet and exercises. Gynectrol is mainly a fat burner, so if you think your testosterone is low you can also try some testosterone boosters like Testofuel.

Nayaz July 17, 2017 at 3:54 am

Sunny July 17, 2017 at 4:16 pm

Hi Matt,
I am 47 and as far as i remember, i have developed man boobs during my teens and haven’t done anything about it. According to my height i am not over-weight. My question : Should i try the pills and cream for a few months ? How many months ? After how many months of pills and cream, in case they are not effective, should i consider the surgery option ?
Thankyou in anticipation.

Matt July 18, 2017 at 8:24 am

Hi Sunny. Obviously, you must decide on what treatment would be the best for you. In a case of gyno pills or cream, I recommend to try them at least for 2 months (8 weeks). After this period you should see some results and then you can decide to continue or consider surgery.

sanders b July 26, 2017 at 12:24 pm

the nipple size is normally big the whole day but during chest workout looks like i m ok with it but u know after sometime it becomes the same have i really have gynocomastia problem

Matt July 27, 2017 at 9:13 am

Hi. The first thing you should do is to check it with a doctor. You must know if you have gynecomastia or pseudogynecomastia which is just overgrown fat in a chest area. There are different solutions for any of these conditions.

Soumya Das July 31, 2017 at 9:31 am

Hi,I’M Soumya.
When my chest became boobs then I was 12 and now I am 19 .but same result. My pretty small boobs is not decrease.
When I was 12 then I did a bad habit (Mausturbate) and now I do that sometime.
So I want to ask you that not deacrease of Gynocamastia is cause of my bad habit(Masturbate).

Matt August 2, 2017 at 8:22 am

Hi Soumya. There is no connection between gynecomastia and masturbation. So don’t worry that you caused your moobs to grow in any way. You are still young and have a big chance to have your gynecomastia to go away. Keep healthy diet and exercise and you should be fine.

Soumya Das August 2, 2017 at 3:45 pm

Hi, Matt
I think some mistakes is happened to understand you.
I don’t asked you that is man boobs grown cause of masturbation.
I wanted to asked you that Not reduce of man boobs is cause of masturbation.

Thank you for previous answer. I hope you will give me answer again.

ABHISHEK August 14, 2017 at 2:29 am

I have problem of only one boob is large other one is small what can I do

Matt August 14, 2017 at 8:49 am

It looks like you have unilateral gynecomastia. Go to check it with your doctor to be sure what it is. Later you can do surgery or use alternative treatments recommended here.

virendra August 15, 2017 at 6:46 pm

Hello Sir,
I am suffering from gynecomastia from 10 years, now I am of 23 year, before 5 year i consulted from Dr., He suggested me for surgery but It was very expensive, Please suggest me If I would start to take Gynexin than till how many month I would have to take it, If it works with in 2 month then could I stop to take this or up to how many month I have to take it for permanent solution(reduction) ?
In case of non usage of Gynexin after reduction of boobs, will my chest return to his before shape(moob)?
Pls suggest me what to do?

Matt September 5, 2017 at 8:47 pm

Hi. To see some effects you must take Gynexin for at least two months. It should be enough to see the difference. If necessary continue using it for longer. If you decide to stop using it you should keep the results for a long time unless you start putting on weight and getting fatter as this, of course, will make your boobs bigger again.

Jim August 19, 2017 at 7:40 pm

Thanks for your help and info. I am now 19 years old. I have had trouble with gynecomastia ever since I was about 10. It’s real gynecomastia, not strictly from being overweight. I’ve been able to make it less noticeable and reduce it, but I could’t get it to go away completely. I don’t know if it is possible to make it completely go away naturally, but I feel much more confident because of the progress I’ve made. Even with large nipples, exercise and weight-lifting can help make your nipples less saggy by turning your breasts in pecs. Increase in testosterone can help you build muscle faster and decrease your gynecomastia, like me. I used to look online for hours at confusing articles about T-boosting foods. Now I realize how much one book can help. A book that I sincerely recommend is Testosterone Boosting NOW.

priyam August 21, 2017 at 1:27 pm

hey matt
i have very huge nipples , i am 24 years old and i am suffering this from last 8 years i do regular chest exercise cardio everything , but i cannot get rid of my puffy nipples which of your product will be best for me

Matt September 5, 2017 at 9:27 pm

Hi. This condition can be different for each sufferer, therefore, is not easy to recommend something for you personally. However, I would try Gynexol cream or Gynexin pills as both should be effective and it’s just your preference to use one of them.

LOVEN August 26, 2017 at 6:04 pm

if i work out chest exercise like bench press or whatever ,,

can i use the creme after workout??

Matt September 5, 2017 at 9:40 pm

Hi. Yes, you can use the cream after the workout. It is definitely a good idea.

Aka6 August 28, 2017 at 2:57 am

I loved your article. But there are some questions popping.
I have enlarged chest since 13 and now I am 17 and it really got into my head. I consulted the doctor and he said it’s gynocemastia.
Are these creams and pills really useful? Because compared to other cases of gynocemastia, mine is a bit smaller although nipples are quite big and the chest protrudes out.
Some say it’s teenage but I have it since 12 or 13. Are these creams and pills really working on you?

Matt September 5, 2017 at 9:47 pm

Hi. You are still young at 17 and your case could still be a pubertal gyno. Therefore, maybe you should give it some time and it will go away. If not, you can, of course, use creams or pills as these are effective for many people.

jones September 2, 2017 at 11:03 pm

please i have same ploblem.I feel so embarrassed when in public.I even feel like dying.please help me.

Matt September 5, 2017 at 9:55 pm

Hi Jones. Have you checked your problem with a doctor? If not, do it first before trying any online solutions. After examination, you will be able to choose the best treatment for you.

Sam September 5, 2017 at 1:20 am

Will there be any side effects if we use the cream and pill at the same time?

Matt September 5, 2017 at 9:57 pm

Hi Sam. No, it shouldn’t be any side effects if you use them together. Some people even recommend this as the option to speed up the process of getting rid of gyno.

Mico September 7, 2017 at 7:18 am

Hi i have same problem too.. it started when i was 22 when im getting bigger or getting fat my boobs getting bigger also and i was so very shy to wear my shirt and it loosing my confident and some people says that i am a lesbian.. thats hurt me much … can i use this cream or go for surgey…. if cream where to buy this product here in the Philippines. .. thank you…

Matt September 7, 2017 at 1:54 pm

Hi Mico. Sorry to hear your story man. You, of course, can go for surgery. It’s the fastest way to remove moobs but it’s expensive and it carries some risk. Do research about it and if you can afford it definitely consider this option. However, if you prefer not to do it, cream could be the option for you. It’s cheaper and noninvasive but it takes some time to see results. I only know Gynexol cream and it can’t be bought from stores. It’s only sold online from its website and from what I heard they do ship it worldwide so you will be able to order it from the Philippines.

wise September 18, 2017 at 8:52 pm

Hi I had these solid nipple at my chest area. Upon researches I found out that gynaecomastia is the common problem.Thought it will disappear cox it started wen I was 13 buh now am 19 and am seeing no sign of disappearance

akash September 23, 2017 at 12:06 pm

sir my age is 25 years and i am suffering from gynaecomasti from 3 to 4 years but the problem is on left side only
plz suggest which type of pills or creams would be beneficial and whethere these pills are available in india?

Matt September 27, 2017 at 11:10 am

Hi Akash. You should know if you have gynecomastia (overgrown tissue) or pseudogynecoamstia (fat deposits on your chest). Visit a doctor to check it. After that, you can take Gynectrol for pseudogynecomastia or Gynexin and Gynexol for tissue gynecomastia. All of these products are available to buy online on their websites. I’m sure all can be shipped to India.

Ben September 26, 2017 at 7:05 pm

Hi,please i have swollen nipple on my left chest as a result of masturbation,i feel a small lump inside, can i use gynexol cream for that?

Matt September 27, 2017 at 12:35 pm

Hi Ben. I don’t know why you think your swollen nipple or lump underneath is a result of masturbation? This is a myth and masturbation is not related to any breast or nipple issues. You should definitely check your condition with a doctor to know hat it is. Later you can use Gynexol cream to treat it.

Chad September 28, 2017 at 4:14 pm

Low fat diets are not how people effectively reduce body fat. Carbohydrates are the main culprit for body fat because they get broken down into sugars which can be stored as fat. A ketogenic diet is the best way to lose fat. Like any diet, you need to cut back on calories. Most of the calories in a keto diet comes from fat. I effectively lost 20lbs in two months. It’s hard to stick with, but the most effective diet.

A October 15, 2017 at 11:58 am

Hi sir, i don’t have large breast but my nipplesbare swollen. Can you suggest me any somwthing to reduce this swollen nipples please.

Matt October 16, 2017 at 10:00 am

Hey. It’s not possible for me to tell you why your nipples are swollen. You should contact your local doctor and check your nipples. If you want you can use Gynexol cream on your nipples but I suggest to first visit the doctor.

Zac October 16, 2017 at 2:13 am

Hi Matt.
I’ve had a moderate case of man boobs since early puberty and I’m 28 now. (Long story short: I went vegetarian for a few years during puberty and ate a lot of soy products. Wasn’t til a few years ago I started seeing studies linking soy and estrogen) I’ve recently cut alcohol out of my life and began going to the gym. Been at it about 6 weeks. I’m happy with the results I’m seeing, but I’m wondering if I might need to try something other than diet and exercise. The breast tissue feels a little different than regular belly-type fat. Maybe you know something about this or I could just be paranoid but I’m considering the cream.

Matt October 16, 2017 at 10:07 am

Hi Zac. You are doing great man. Congrats for making efforts to get rid your moobs. If diet and exercising work for you I would keep doing this. It’s a process and there are no shortcuts here. Yes, the cream can help but if you see results without using any medicine, maybe stick to your routine. If you get stuck at some point, then maybe it will be the time to get some extra help in form of cream or pills.

Niraj... October 27, 2017 at 6:13 pm

Hello sir
I m now 29…and facing problem with breast enlargement..pls suggest me what i hv to do..

Matt October 30, 2017 at 12:38 pm

Hi Niraj. Check your issue with a doctor first. After the check, you will be more aware what to do. It depends on what kind of moobs you have. Maybe a surgery will be necessary but it could also be possible to use alternative treatments described here. That’s why the medical check is necessary to establish what to do.

lyas December 7, 2017 at 8:55 pm

hi im 12 years old i have gynecomastia for 6 years can u tell me what i can take
or can u tell me how much the cream or pill cost

Matt December 11, 2017 at 9:18 pm

Hey Lyas. If you are 12 years old I’m not able to recommend you anything. All treatments I know are for adults. You must talk with your parents and check your condition with a doctor.

Cm December 14, 2017 at 5:53 am

I did gynecomastia surgery few month ago but still look the same. I smoke cigarette everyday and drink beer once a week. Does smoking cigarette and drinking beer effect the surgery?

Matt December 15, 2017 at 12:41 pm

Hi. To be honest you shouldn’t look the same after the surgery. That’s the whole point of having a surgery – to remove overgrown breast surgically. Smoking and drinking alcohol is not recommended after the surgery but it shouldn’t affect surgery’s results.

sonu sahani December 16, 2017 at 3:07 pm

Dear Matt,

i wanna ask why the reason behind it and how did this start building it’s tissues , i am going through this similar problem it’s like god has gifted me so many problem, i am 27 and i feel uncomfortable having this male boobs problem, my upper chest so fine and my nipple sucks it looks so dirty while wearing tshirt and while going shirtless it’s in a min it’s goes so fine then again in few minutes it becomes fluffy , when i take a bath or do some exercise it becomes normal like a normal chest when i relax and my body temperature changes it becomes fluffy,
Before this i would to tell you that i had done angioplasty last year after surviving a heart attach so i have a medication like blood thinner and cholesterol
so please tell me what should i do do that i can get rid of this problem

Sonu Sahani.

Matt December 19, 2017 at 12:01 pm

Hi. I’m sorry to hear about your experience. I’m not really qualified to help you as you are taking other medications. I’m just a guy who was able to reduce my moobs. You should be careful with taking any medication without doctor’s supervision. If you workout out, you could use some natural solutions like Gynectrol or Gynexol pills, however, as I said before, do consult it with your doctor as you are already taking other medications.

Muhammed February 7, 2018 at 2:11 pm

Ag February 13, 2018 at 2:38 am

Can turmeric help

Anish March 8, 2018 at 4:09 am

I’m just 17 and I feel my chest is not a much but fluffy. I don’t know actually I’m facing gynecomastia but it feels like. Dear Matt, Please suggest me some primary ways to get rid of it. Please. In Today’s world You’ll never get people to support your problems and to enthusias you to get rid of them either they will scold you. I’m very tired of these bullshit . So please help me!
Anish Menghani

Matt March 8, 2018 at 12:41 pm

Hi Anish. I know it can be difficult to face such problems, especially at your age. However, nobody would be able to help you directly online. Gynecomastia is quite a complicated matter and it should be diagnosed by a doctor. It is always easier to treat something if you know what it really is. You can’t be sure if you have gynecomastia or maybe just some extra fat deposits that can be diminished by a right diet and exercises. It’s definitely worth to stick to a healthy diet and add some exercises to your daily routine. Check these articles below but also consult your case with a doctor.

array March 11, 2018 at 5:38 pm

Can turmeric milk help in removing this shameful problem

Matt March 13, 2018 at 11:55 am

Turmeric is definitely helpful but I’m not able to tell you if just by using it you will be able to get rid of your problem. It is definitely worth to try as it is natural and safe.

Array March 19, 2018 at 11:40 am

Are there any other natural remedies

Jamie March 13, 2018 at 4:31 am

I had undergone testicular torsion surgery when I was 14 and had one of my torso removed. After a couple of years my chest became swollen.I joined a gym as I thought it would make my chest normal.I am 22 now and have been gyming since 3 years. The upper portion of my chest is hard but the area around the nipples and beneath it is a bit swollen and fluffy ultimately resulting in the shape of boobs.
What should I do? Someone also told me that surgery can be risky as it could result in a heart attack due to formation of clots.

Matt March 13, 2018 at 11:58 am

Hi Jamie. Definitely, consult your issue with a proper specialist. I think it could be a hormonal problem related to your testicular surgery. I’m not able to tell you here if the surgery would be the best option for you. Some kind of hormonal therapy could solve your problem but as I said you must get a proper check first.

Hamid March 19, 2018 at 9:50 am
